Membership

All Club members pay an annual membership fee which includes compulsory British Gymnastics (BG) membership, Eastern Counties Gymnastics Association affiliation (ECGA) and Dimensions annual Club Membership.  After your 4 week introductory sessions, if you wish to become a full Club member, you will be given a Welcome pack.   The Welcome pack includes full details regarding he annual memberships, including costs.  The membership fee is payable in order for you to become a full Club member and runs for a complete year. Your annual Club membership fee also includes cost of all badges and certificates.

 

Membership fees are renewed annually. The first year membership will be a higher rate due to the inclusion of a Club t-shirt.   If your child already holds a current BG membership please pass their BG number to us and adjust your BG membership in your BG account to show that you are now also trampolining with Dimensions Trampoline Club.

Fees

Fees are payable in termly blocks.  Invoices will be issued 5 weeks before the end of the term for the next term and are due to be paid 3 weeks before the end of term, which is “Payment Week”.  We ask that parents/guardians ensure that fees are paid at their child’s session or paid electronically on payment week.  Your place may not be guaranteed after the closing date for fees.  Late payments will incur an administration fee of 10% of total fees due.

 

Club sessions will run and follow Essex County Council school term dates.  The Club will be closed during school holidays, including half terms and all bank holidays.  Members will be given full details of term dates at the beginning of term and can also be found on the Diary page.

ECRC Membership

Earls Colne Recreation Club operates their own membership system, with a fee of either 50p per session or £22 single annual membership. Please advise if you do already have annual membership with ECRC or you would like to take up annual membership.  Otherwise we will collect the 50p per session, added to your termly fees.​
