First Dimensions

The entry process to the club is via our feeder classes First Dimensions, these are fun group sessions for children from the age of 5 (4 if started school). 

​

The sessions consist of a 12 week introductory block in a First Dimension Class.  After the introductory block, if you would like to continue trampolining, you will be invited to become full Club members.

​

Parents are welcome to watch their child from the viewing gallery.  All under 8's must have a responsible adult stay on the premises throughout the session.  N.B.  Spotting:  If a child is not tall enough to spot safely, they may need an adult to spot they may need an adult in the hall with them to spot.

  

If you are interested in joining our exciting First Dimension classes, please register your interest using the enquiries form and we will get back to you.  Partway through the current block, spaces for the next block will be released. Everyone who has registered their interest will be sent a password protected link to book the block on a first-come, first-served basis. 

 

We also really recommend coming along to a Taster Session if you’re on the interest list before you commit to your first 12 weeks with First Dimensions. Taster Sessions run every school holiday and more details can be found here.

When: Monday 4.20pm -5.20pm or Monday 6.00pm-7.00pm* or Tuesday 4.10pm - 5.10pm or Tuesday 5.00pm - 6.00pm 

*this session is for trampolinists aged 8+​

Where: Earls Colne Recreation Club

​

Cost: £8.75* for a one hour session.  Fees are payable in advance for a 12 week block.  Trampolinists will also need to join British Gymnastics at a cost of £24 for the year.

*Please note session fees are revised annually in April, the cost stated above is the 2024 session fee.

Coaching ratio: 1 coach to 5 trampolinists, sharing a trampoline.

Who: Children ages 5-15 years old (from 4 if started school).
